JOHN M. SCHILLING is a partner and has been with the firm since 1981. He specializes in litigation, both civil and criminal. He primarily represents clients in personal injury matters, divorce and domestic relations cases, civil trials seeking monetary awards, and criminal cases involving felonies, misdemeanors and driving offenses. He regularly appears in the General District Courts, Juvenile and Domestic Relations District Courts and Circuit Courts in the City of Richmond and the counties of Chesterfield, Goochland, Henrico, Hanover and New Kent, as well as other jurisdictions throughout the Commonwealth of Virginia. He is also admitted to practice law in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia and the United States Court of Appeals, Fourth Circuit. He earned a B.A. degree in government from the College of William and Mary and his J.D. from the Marshall Wythe School of Law at the College of William and Mary.
